As long-time owners of this vacation home, our clients wanted an update that focused on durable materials to appeal to the rental market while still speaking to their personal style. In the primary suite, we reimagined the floorplan and window locations, updated the lighting plan, and added built-in storage. In the bath, we swapped the entry location, enlarged the shower, updated the finishes, improved lighting, added a water closet, and reconfigured the walk-in closet. In the guest bedrooms, we updated the flooring and en suite baths, but left the original fixture locations in place.
